I've recorded video comparing the Doom Fang Pauldrons while they work and don't work as intended.
Issues:
Void Melee Kills
*For unknown reasons the melee kills don’t give super energy.
*This issue has occurred in may activities, such as forges, lost sectors, open works, etc.
*Tried taking the shoulders on and off.
*Tried with and without the Monte Carlo as suggested in a post by "GreenMenace87".

During Super
*For unknown reasons the melee and shield throw does not extend super on hit or kill.
*The occurrence of this issue seems random, and can last for multiple supers.
*This issue has occurred randomly in a single super.
*Example: 90% of the melee and shield throws do not extend super, but then one melee or shield throw will extend the super as intended.
This issue was first noticed on December 13th, 2019. However, it could have happened earlier. I wasn’t paying close attention.

Agreed. I noticed this as well. Was my void exotic most of the time. I hope this is not intentional.
