False Suspension.
If you look over my game history you'll see I have not abandoned any games, yet I was just now suspended from comp after 1 game failed to load for everyone... the match never started, also shown in my game history.

Leaving a match for any reason, network issues, server issues, power failures, hurricanes, tornadoes, act of cats, little brothers, will result in a mark, too many marks in a short period of time results in a 30-60 min suspension.
