Turned in 4000 legendary shards to Rahool to try and get a randomly rolled Old Fashioned...
Out of 4000 shards...4000, I get ONE Old Fashioned to drop. That is a very screwed up system and not a fair system. Please make this RNG more fair. That REALLY is not fair Bungie.

Yeah i turned in over 2,000 and i got only 3 to drop. The drop rate is abysmal.
