Do you use/prefer military/24 hr time or am/pm time? For me I think the 24 hour format makes more sense and is less confusing.
-
I've had to use it for years at work, so I'm used to and almost prefer the 24 hr system.
-
i'm not in the military. i use people time.
-
I feel like the only people that use military time, use military time so they can tell you about how they use military time.
-
If I'm using a 24 hour clock, I always have to convert it to the 12 hour system in my head.
-
YYYY/MM/DD Military Time
-
Am and pm, the -blam!- is 15:34? Stupid military
-
I prefer it but trying to explain it to the uninitiated is too much of a hassle.
-
I usually use Military time on my phone. Just a personal preference
-
I’m hardcore...
coz I use both
-
If I went to be at 22:00 and slept for 7:00 22+7=29 to convert to normal people time subtract 12 I am waking up at 17 am... which is the same as 5 pm. So no I don’t use confusing time.
-
I use the 24 hour clock and I measure distance in kilometers. My family and friends hate me for it. Heheh.
Sorry, all out of salt.
-
‘Tis 20:34 now.
-
That is what I use. Then I have to convert it into the other format for CoolHandLuke & my wife so they never meet up & discover each other, I mean, so they know what time it is!
-
-
“Hey let’s meet at 7:00!” Non-military time users be like: Am or Pm?
-
I prefer it, but I don’t have it set on my phone.
-
It makes more sense for sure, but I grew up with a 12 hour clock, so I can’t really help but use it.
-
24 hour time makes more sense. But mentally I just can’t get used to it. I still find myself converting it in my head to am/pm.
-
It's fourteen o'clock

Edited by Sean: 12/11/2019 9:29:43 PMI don’t use it but it’s better Edit: ya know what the hecc i’ll use it
-
It’s a norm over in Europe. Anything else is considered weird looking.
-
24 hour always. Something about seeing 12 hour digital times irks me. Plus you need to specify am or pm if you write 12 hours so it's just making it more complicated. I wouldn't speak the time in a military way tho, o eight hundred hours, it's just 8 in the morning. And if I'm speaking times I'd say ten at night not twenty two hundred hours.
