In the beginning there existed three brothers: Antul, Penul, and Ul. Together they existed in balance, keeping the Cortex, a dangerous stone containing the souls of two hypergods, in check. They lived within an enormous city contained between several universes that ran on the power of the Cortex. This life was perfect.
Until the Cortex was shattered.
It is unknown what happened afterwards, though there are many theories. Some say the gods died, others say the brothers did. All that is known is that the city was left in ruins, with the brothers gone, the Cortex in pieces and millions of bodies found within their homes frozen in looks of fear.
Millions of years passed in absence of any souls within the city, and life continued as normal for those who were lucky enough to live outside of the city. Earth, as we know it now, existed as normal. Wars, rifts in peace, humanity became a race fractured by war. However, humanity bonded together when they saw the sun being ripped from the sky.
It turns out earth has more to do with the mysterious city than we think. It must be. Especially since one of the hypergods has aimed it's superweapon at earth meaning not to kill humanity.

What is Eclipse?
Eclipse is my version of Destiny, built entirely within Minecraft. Eclipse features several story modes, 7 raids, two PvP modes, several exotic quests, and more. It celebrates its 5th birthday very soon! I'm making this post as a call for people interested in playtesting the final raid, Penumbra. More about that later. But first all of the raids before it:
Base Game: The Desolate War
After the sun is suddenly taken a huge army of horrible creatures called, "The Desolate" begin landing on earth. They take the water, the trees, the oxygen, and eventually human lives. You, suddenly, during all of this mess are created within a well deep under the ground made of ancient stone. You don't know much about who you are, but you know that you must save humanity.
Raid One: The Dark Emitter
The Desolate have created a huge weapon capable of dragging a massive asteroid into earth. This is their suicide mission, at the cost of our lives. Make their last ditch effort a waste.
Expansion One: The Signal
Three months after (SPOILER) you suddenly receive an odd signal: a desolate radio frequency signaling, "SOS", coming deep within the earth. Find out what is happening.
Raid Two: Meet Again
You've found out who you were before you were created in the well. You must manifest your destiny. Even though The Desolate tried killing you before you must save them from Antul. (This one goes down 110 blocks!)

Expansion Two: Imperial
The Emperor of the Desolate, in his massive prison barge, has landed on earth claiming to have a method to fix the Cortex. Something tells me though that Antul will not be happy about his presence.
Raid Three: The Emperor's Prison
Get to the top of the Emperor's Prison barge before Antul does.

Raid Four: Castle in the Clouds
Board the Emperor's trial ship and clear it of Antul's corruption.
Raid Five: Fit for a King
Enter the temple of Ul and stop the collapse of Earth.

Expansion Three: The World Without a Sun
Get to the sun and kill Antul. This ends here.
Raid Six: The Sunless World
Head into the keep on top of the sun. Ul may be dead, but Antul can still be stopped.

Expansion Four: The City
Years after (SPOILER) you receive a distress signal from Ul, rooting deep within a temple hidden underneath the ground. You had no idea it would take you into a world of dreams and death.
Raid Seven (The Finale): Penumbra
Go into the heart of the city and end this. (ACCEPTING PLAYTESTERS. More about that later)

Alrighty. Now that that's over, Eclipse has several modes that aren't raids or story. There's strikes like Skyward Bound:

And more!
This world, after 5 years, is finally going into Beta and I'm looking for playtesters. If you play on PS4 and are interested please send a friend request to Inprobus_ saying that you are interested in playtesting Penumbra. You must make your own team of three, so get that sorted before you schedule your raid. All players that complete the penumbra raid before the first of February of 2020 will receive an extra emblem for helping me out. Thanks for reading! Inprobus out!

I was loving every word of this until you mentioned a singular word that ruined my day...
PS4
