I can't get Monte carlo
I went to Xur 10 minutes ago and purchased the fated engram. Monte Carlo is the only random-drop exotic, that isn't in my Collection so I was sure to get it... I didn't and instead got a Colony, I already had!
I've had friends of mine get the Monte Carlo from the fated engram before, so now I'm concerned something is wrong.
Please help!

Monte Carlo is not part of the fated engram loot pool, as it's a Year 3 exotic. Year 3 exotics and quest-related exotics do not drop from fated engrams. Your friends are 100% mistaken, as there's no way they got MC from a fated engram.
