[PS4] Centipede Error Code

Hello fellow Guardians, I'm on PS4 and recently moved flats. In my new flat is a TP Link Router already set up. I tried to play D2 but couldn't get through the D2 login mask. I always get the error code "centipede". First I looked up the help section and did what it tells me to do: (i) use a LAN Connection. So I did but it didn't work (though my connection speed went through the roof, which is nice …) (ii) set up UPnP. I did. But this also didn't work out for me. Still the centipede error code on my TV screen. (iii) turned UPnP off again and tried Port Forwarding. I opened all the ports named in the help section but again it didn't work. So, what now? The help section doesn't provide more workarounds and I'm out of guesses. I'd appreciate any help regarding this issue very much!
