error code weasel

i have a hard line ethernet cabel connected to my xbox but im still getting an error code weasel, ive already asked around but all anyone can tell me is "wifi sometimes dips and spikes" i also know that even if my xbox wasnt hardlined my wifi is very fast. Im struggling to complete any raids, strikes, crucible or partols. Destiny 2 is currently unplayable for me mostly because i cant do anything. please can someone help
