Minus the artifact mod, Seismic Charge and Shield bash do significantly less damage than Melting Point, and that disadvantage is compounded given the fact that Melting Point debuffs the enemy.
I’m not saying Melting Point should be changed at all. I’m only saying the other two shoulder charges should do the same amount of base damage. This would be balanced because again, Melting point already exists and has the advantage of a debuff.

Agreed. Not only does Melting Point have mega damage, but it has the 10 second burning debuff AND an AOE effect to tag and burn other enemies. Seismic Charge's AOE is really good, but clearly more for adds, and any suppressing abilities in PvE are not terribly effective, so Shield Bash is a distant third

i agree. base damage should be more or less the same. it's not like i'm carry a void charge to slow me down when running void...lol
