Encrypted Cache Keys since Shadowkeep

Found the key fragments from completing Nightfall: The Ordeal (×7) and the Heroic adventures seem to have returned (×2). The encrypted cache key is appearing again in Ana's inventory. Thanks for the replies :-)

Is it still possible to get Rasputin Key Fragments to form Encrypted Cache Keys, since the advent of Shadowkeep?
If not, I feel like I may miss my chance at getting cool Warmind-themed gear and cosmetics exclusive to Escalation Protocol! ☹️
I'm almost certain I saw someone flying a Warmind ship once, but couldn't find the name of it (I forgot to inspect). Is that exclusive to Escalation?

Just gotta beat an escalation boss to find out! Seems no one strong enough is doing EP now. BTW like your username :-D The original C64/nes games??
