Why doesnt sanguine alchemy work with well of radiance

Youd think it would since lunafactions work. Lunafactions says "rifts increase weapon reload speed. Empowering rift increases range" and both of these effects work on well of radiance. Sanguine alchemy's description says "rifts grant enhanced radar and mark targets" and it doesnt work with well of radiance. If this exotoc was fixed well could actually be useful in pvp and can be used as a more tactical super belonging to the anchor of the team. Please bungie try and take a look and tweak the old exotics noone uses rework them fix them etc. So we can see more diversity with exotic choices. Edit: theres alot of forgotten exotics in need of tuning, lets try and get this out there for bungie to see and hopefully work on a solution.

  • I remember seeing a buff idea for it months ago but sadly do not remember them buff. I think it had to do with making Devour better... dont remember. Either way I would personally like it to get a buff because that exotic is the best looking Warlock exotic in the game imo and would love for it to be good.

      • It's because they suck at that stuff. Hallowfire heart says it regenerates all of your solar abilities faster but it doesn't include your super. Chaos reach and the ionic traces grants super energy and all's it says is ability energy. Mk.44 standasides work on ballistic slam. Ogres shooting you once with ursa give you half of your super...but wizards firing at you constantly only give you like a 10th.

It’s should be able to take the effect from the rift. Eye mask had literally months and seasons of abuse as the stupidly OP exotic. Warlocks need love for crucible exotics also.

              • The only time this exotic was ever worth a tiny bit of a "damn" was when they took the radar out of comp. Drop a rift and get a tiny X on screen when enemies are near. The only thing this has going for it now is that it looks sorta sexy with a dark/golden shader.

                • I'm scared Bungie will see this and mistake it for something the community wants nerfed lolololol. Seriously though would love to see it improved, I've recently started using this build and it's a lot of fun. Support roles are not something Bungie has a good grasp on but hopefully they improve them. I mean look at the well in PVP so easy to get killed in it. At least let me smash it and make a wall of fire that kills anyone in the circles range.

                • All the updates to forgotten exotics will be coming in "Go Fast 2.0". I predict it will happen sometime early next year after we see the next season released doesn't have a raid lair or any new strikes. People will be Curse of Osiris/ Dawning 2017 mad and bungie will see player count going down the toilet.

                • Play momentum with it. It's great. Running a HC or smg you can camp close quarters and scout have a hard time fighting at that range. I added a bunch of paragon mods and get mine back 10 seconds after it runs out. Tomorrow I'm gonna run well and as long as a teammate touches my rift or I hit them with an over shield I can always have one up

                • You mean, why does Sanguine Alchemist use one of the many perks from One-Eyed Mask for a Titan and a subclass tree ability from a Nightstalker? There’s a ton of weak exotics that are impractical.

                  • It’s just another unfinished work in progress. It’s good you remind it to Bungie. I mean these people had the guts to deliver an artifact that leaves aside over half of their game. Got to be really bad of an execution planner to work for Bungie.
