[SOLVED] Triumph already claimed before taking quest; won't give me the reward
Okay so, a while ago, I decided to dump all my vanguard quests. And I completed "The best offense" triumph. I just came back to the tower, took the quest long after claiming my triumph, and now I find no way to either unclaim the triumph or get the quest done in order to get the Oxygen SR3. Could someone help, or am I unable to do anything at all?

[EDIT]: The quest is now unbugged, told me to go meet Zavala again when I got to orbit and I could claim the Oxygen SR3
