Izanagi's crystal refund
Title, looked for a rare bounty literally for 6 months if Bungie doesn't refund a crystal to me and makes me complete that step over i'm done with D2. Bungie please refund everyone and I's crystals.
---- Could also remove the rare bounty portion of the quest??
