Ok, so Bungie didn't respond to my previous post. I am really frustrated with this issue and I feel abandoned and ignored by Bungie. This forum is the only place we can get help and all we ever get is copy and pasted responses. My previous post was downvoted pretty quickly and I believe it was tabled/ignored/shadowbanned by the moderators. It was a really long post so I'll try again with a shorter post.

PC migration failed and the wrong steam account was linked to my Bungie account. This is shown in the link above.

1. What should I do about the Shadowkeep DLC I've already purchased? Will you transfer my preorder bonus?
2. Do you really believe that this "solution" is a valid one? What about all of my friends and the hundreds of other games I have on my Steam account.
3. Are you even still working on this issue or is it being ignored? I just want to know if there is even any hope for a real future solution.
4. Why can't you transfer data to another account or clear the data that is tied to my steam account? Do you not know how your own servers work or are the only people answering questions just forum users and not actual staff? Can you please give an actual answer instead of just copying and pasting a response?

Hello, Thank you for your report. PC Migration is a one-time process that, once initiated, cannot be undone. Players who link and migrate to a different Steam account than desired must log in to that account on Steam in order to access their characters, Silver, and licenses. Once migration is initiated, these cannot be transferred to another Steam account. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove
