Mountaintop error - Triumph is completed but can't progress

Basically the title. I completed the triumph associated with the adventure but the adventure can't progress to the next step (completing The Ascent) Any idea/help? Thanks!

Hi there, Have you tried logging out and logging back in? There is sometimes a delay in the Triumph reward.
