Weapon has become "Unavailable......"
I randomly got Telesto from my mailbox from some odd event (I cannot recall exactly how) about two weeks ago and I used it for two days. I recently pulled it from my vault only to realize that it has become "Unavailable". I am just curious if this is a common occurence or some kind of issue. Any help would be appreciated.
