So, hey guess what. My characters never transferred over from blizzard to steam! yaaaayyyy. yeah many people are experiencing these issues yet Bungie seems to be just sweeping them under the rug. We have received minimal support and at this point, most people have given up. And I'm joining them. even if they do fix this in the next month it's too late. The damage has been done. I sent one last final support ticket to at least leave a mark of my frustration along with this post. No support has been given for the past week apart from the rubbish messages from the form admins that tell us to fill out a ticket system that doesn't even work, and I swear to god if I get one of those on this post. Stop telling us to keep trying things that don't work, At this point, they are even telling us to create a new steam account. How am I supposed to do that when I pre-ordered shadow keep Delux? do they expect me to spend another £50 after this garbage? not happening. alright. Imma stop the rant, I'm just gonna leave my final ticket at the bottom of this post and leave, I hope this rant does justice to the people who have already abandoned destiny. The ticket: My Characters still don't transfer over from blizzard (who would have guessed it)and you guys clearly ain't doing anything to try and fix these issues that hundreds are experiencing even though it is stopping them from playing the game you worked hard to create. I was really excited to play your DLC and have been playing both destiny 1 and 2 since launch but at this point, I'm just done. Its been almost a month since the DLC released and I've been left behind by my friend and clan-mates. Many of my friends are no longer my friends as I met them through my clan and now that I can't play the game I know nothing of the game as I was trying to ignore all spoilers in hope that I would get to play but Nope. now I have nothing to relate to them with and we barely talk. So please, can I just have my £50 I spent on the deluxe edition. I pre-ordered it and everything to try and give you guys as much support as possible so F*** ups like this didn't happen, Guess that didn't work. I can't even create a new steam account cus then I would have to rebuy shadow keep. I have given up with this game and to be honest your development team, you have totally swept this issue under the rug and your support with these issues has been horrible and to be honest I don't even expect a response to this ticket, its not like I got one form the last one, this ticket system probably doesn't even work and just sends all of the responses into a recycling bin on someone's desktop. I just wanted to leave this last final word here to at least acknowledge how betrayed I feel that you can just take my money and never say anything again.
