[BUG] Phaseglass needle now unobtainable after Io Endless Gate changes.
A phaseglass needle has been obstructed by a large vex block rendering it unobtainable when it spawns in this location. This appears to be due to the new Festering Core strike, changing the Endless Gate region in Io.
