Today I encountered two separate occasions, in which my curiosity has led my off the intended playable area. These were both on Nessus, more detailed:
1. At the Entrance to the Well of Flames. Before jumping in the hole it is possible to jump upwards on top of the ring on the ceiling. From there one can jump through the roof and out of bounds. Through these means it is possible to fall out of the world, since there is no killzone at the bottom, as one can not actually fall into the void anywhere else in the Well.
2. In the Chambers of Water, right after entering, one can climb up the first tall room utilizing the "circuit style wall pattern" to climb out of bounds.
Hope this helps inhibiting future explorers from wandering off the preconceived path.
Sincerely
A too curios explorer
