I've taught multiple raids to multiple people. I think the problem is alot of people don't have the time to teach raids properly or they're just trying to avoid people who can't be taught mechanics. I think if you just join a group whether they say they want experienced people or not and you're willing to learn they'll help you out. If they don't help you out, you wouldn't want to play with them anyways.
