The problem i have with Raids in D2 is the rewards are meh. You can do other activities and get similar weapons. Training people to raids in the past was fun in D1. It was fun guiding someone through there first raid completion. With D2, they put time constraints on EVERYTHING. If you stop for a day to explain someone through one event, there is a good change you wont be able to reset your valor 5 times in a season, or grind a weapon that is leaving at the end of a season. The reward system is busted in D2. Just let me play the way i want to play and give me equal rewards for playing that way.
