On my old account I will always remember this group of guys taking me through kingsfall I met them in the tower, random messaged me saying God roll on my grasp, fancy doing kingsfall? They patiently taught me every encounter even when I was embarrassed that it took 45 minutes to do the jumping ships and the wall even longer. They waited and waited till I got it.
