I tried to transfer my 3 characters from battle.net to Steam and all the DLC transferred but not the characters. Now lost all 3 of them. 4 years of playing this game gone, and Bungie does not have a email / chat support.

Welcome to the club! Lost my stuff as well and needed to make a new bungie account and steam because of a transfer error. All my collectors edition launch stuff is gone. Tweeted their twitter and no response. Looked through the FAQ as recommended and it seems I’m just at a loss.
