Remember when people taught you the raid?

I wish the raid community was like in Destiny 1. I can't stand these raid posts, " KWTD have mountaintop and recluse, have every exotic, run this subclass, do a finisher on everything, have every single weapon in the game, use them all at once, wear every armor set at the same time and have all stats 100 on each piece" I just want to do raids ! • This is always an issue when it comes to endgame content. If you are learning how to do the mechanics, you want help from someone who knows how to do it. If you know how to do it, you want to get it done as quickly as possible to not waste time. I LOVE helping people learn the new raids, but I get burned out when I spend hours upon hours trying to teach the same group the same mechanics. Some people are just not meant to do raids. My recommendation, watch a tutorial video and join a group that has looser requirements, because not everyone requires the exact weapon loadout. Ask for clarification on how that group does the encounter, which will give you more input on how to do the encounter, and learn from there. You may not get the raid done the first time, but that's okay. Over time, you will learn the how to do the mechanics. I took a look at your raid.report for reference, and part of the problem is that it looks like you aren't putting yourself out there to do raids at all. When I started Destiny 2, most of my clan did not do raids after about the first month, which made me need to start finding teams for myself. I would put myself into a constant stream of LFG teams that I knew had a low chance of success, but I knew I would get experience by playing with them. Over time, I became a very competent raider. It takes time to get invited to the "KWTD, have XYZ loadout and 10+ clears", but it shouldn't be expected to be in those top tier teams right away.
