Do you use the LFG app or are you using the Destiny Sherpa subreddit?
Because honestly the Destiny Sherpa subreddit is 100% better than the LFG app because people are willing to teach others how to raid and aren't strict about loadouts. Every time I have used the subreddit I have had nothing but fun times, and made a lot of friends through the Sherpa subreddit.
