What's the best loot drop you've ever had in Destiny?
(Can be in D1 or D2)
Mine just happened yesterday while patrolling the Moon.
I killed a Nightmare Ogre point-blank with a grenade launcher (blowing myself up in the process) and he dropped an exotic.
It was Monte Carlo. I almost died of laughter.
So I guess if you want an exotic, just perform a ritual sacrifice.

Edited by Pyro 509: 10/14/2019 6:58:58 PMDay 2 of D1 when the pocket infinity quest dropped - I was disappointed at first because I didn’t like fusion rifles at the time, but it was my first exotic so I put in one hell of a grind for it. It was day 2 and I had deleted all my fusion rifles for the quest right before the part where I had to kill baddies in the NF with fusion rifles - so I went in with a green one and it felt like it took forever but then once I got it, and how amazing it was, I fell in love. I was sooo mad when it got nerfed ☹️ My second would be blind perdition adept from year 3 flawless. I miss that scout so much Haven’t really had anything in D2 drop that compares to all the great moments in D1. There’s lots of great guns, I just don’t feel like I had to work for any of the great rolls, legendaries, or exotics in D2
