PS4 Family Account Issues, need clarification

Hi Team, Here is a run-down of my issue: I have a Playstation family account that consists of 1 main account and 3 managed accounts - all accessed from 1 console. I have enabled cross-save for the main account and for 1 of the managed accounts. From the main account I had purchased Destiny 2 from day one and have purchased all previous expansions prior to Shadowkeep. I when I had accessed the main account on Battle.net to verify cross-save I had successfully verified that the cross save was successful. I was unable to access Forsaken and last year's annual pass content as expected (as I did not purchase that content on PC via Battle.net) . I have not tested on Steam as this is not the issue at this time. On PS4 I had no issues with the 1 of managed accounts accessing the full content prior to Shadowkeep's release. The one managed account I have used in addition to my main account has had no issue accessing the previous expansions and annual pass content (Black Armory, Season of the Drifter, Season of Opulence). This managed account also has cross-save enabled. Here is the issue: The main account that manages the Family Managed Accounts appears to have access to all content as far as I can tell; Battle Pass, Season of the Undying and the 3 next seasons appear to have been purchased as expected. I had attempted to login to the managed account that I I use in addition to my main account on PS4 and have found that it appears that I have access to the Shadowkeep campaign but none of the content for Season of the Undying (Vex Offensive, Battle Pass). The managed account has received the other bonuses: the seasonal ghost and emblem. Open Director on managed account offers ability to purchase season pass. So my question is this: If I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition on my main account does it not apply to my managed accounts as it previously did for the previous seasons? Does the Shadowkeep Annual Pass not include the Premium Battle Pass for the next 3 seasons after the Season of Undying for managed accounts? Will I have to purchase the Annual Pass content separately for each of my managed accounts on 1 console? TLDR: Main PS4 account has full access to everything purchased on Annual Pass. Managed PS4 accounts has no access to seasonal content (Premium Battle Pass, Vex Offensive) but can access Forsaken Campaign - looking for fix to access seasonal content on managed accounts.
