$12 EMOTE???? $8 for ONE weapon skin. Eververse items are to expensive!
Im loving all the changes they have made to the game...Except the prices in the eververse they are just to high. $12 bucks for ONE emote and weapon skins at $8 for ONE weapon skin is ridiculous. Just lower them a few dollars so it feels like a good deal and not a rip-off.

Another thing is the fact that Bungie has said that we won't be able to get any exotic ornaments from this season for bright dust. I'm not sure if it's the same for the legendary ornaments but I do know that the exotic ornaments can only be bought for silver. This is stupid before there was a chance to get the good stuff from eververse through engrams or the rotating pool. Now eververse is a complete middle finger with the good new stuff being locked behind multiple walls. It's ridiculous what Destiny is becoming. All the good looking stuff being made is only put into eververse for absurd prices. You'd think Bungie would want to put some effort into other areas but nope. Bungie only cares about putting the good stuff into eververse with high prices so that they can get more money. Activision was never the problem, the problem is Bungie. Imagine what the halo series would have been like if Microsoft wasn't in charge.

Content sales sucked in Forsaken = Activision cutting Bungle loose . Now they use free play to bring in new players and JACK eververse prices to make up for their crappy sales . Agreed, the emotes and weapon skins should be something that can be achieved through a very hard grind. That or I accept those sort of prices. Was hoping there would be a little bit more from the season ranking thing, I know a good few have maxed out on that but ehhh... Could have had more.

I get the excuse that other games are charging similar, or in some (EA related) situations much less than others, but still. I would be fine paying at most $5 for a bundle, $2 for something on its own, but these prices are waaaaaaaay too high. I think if you buy shadowkeep especially you should get something of a discount. Like at least 10% off for buying an entire expansion

I bought the whisper skin for 7$ which is still in my opinion to much. If they were 5$ I buy a bunch. Especially if they did buy 4 for 20$ get one free.

It’s a 700 silver for a single gun skin. You don’t sell silver in 100 increments so it’s $10 to buy 1000 silver to purchase one skin. Another $10to get another 700 silver skin. That leaves you with 600 silver. Not enough to get a third skin. So now yo have to buy another $5 for a pack of silver to get 500 silver. It just keeps going. These DLCs are roughly what ? $60-$70 dollars (US) for everything? That’s the equivalent to 7,000 silver. A set of armor is about 1500 silver (I think) which is $15. That plus maybe 6-7 skins? It all seems a little steep compared to the costs of full fledged games. I don’t see how the pricing is validated. I just figure if they were more affordable and priced in a way that every couple silver purchases we would zero out instead of having leftovers it would be a bit more accessible. Right now it seems it’s set up for the “whales” to carry the purchases. For anyone reading this it’s all ballpark figures from memory (a poor one at that) but it’s always been kind of a thing looming over me. I guess the “content per dollar ratio” seems off.

2 RepliesI think what they need to do is sell the cool stuff for a full season for current price, then remove it from the store and add it all into a sensible loot stream. It's like two full months of time for people to buy it early, then you can earn it all after the season is over at a reasonable rate. They do definitely need to remove shaders from nostalgic engrams, though.

Lol play path of exile and get back to me 64 for a cloak avg is 35 for back attachments given its f2p but if people had all the destiny stuff prior to Shadowkeep I wouldn’t have minded a little free silver.
