Switch Season Pass Back to PC
Hello,
I accidentally had cross save enabled when I logged onto the PC version after purchasing Shadowkeep deluxe edition. Now the season pass is locked to my Xbox characters and cross play has been disabled. I have seen other players who have been able to have a one time switch over. How do I go about requesting this? I have no plans to play the Xbox characters moving forward.

On the same boat. Was told two different answers. One employee on this forum said that Bungie is actively investigating this issue. One employee who was responding to my support ticket via email said that nothing can be done and provided nothing about the "active investigation" in their response. Super frustrating.
