Top shout. It’s not the end of the world having perks specific to elements but exotics should be immune to this for sure!

Actually it kinda is, before I could use same legendary helmet for 2, 3 or more builds, depending of the roles Now, u are not only build restricted by it but also the element dictate what mods u can use with that piece of armor, and thus, what weapon u should use IT IS ATROCIOUS

Not really. Any piece of armour can roll with any element so you can get what you want on any armour it’s just RNG, which is no different from Y2, you needed lucky drops to get the perks you want. Exotics shouldn’t have that issue because they drop so rarely that you’ll be stuck with them.
