Agreed. Legendary gear should be able to be ornamented to look like any other gear, excluding exotics (for obvious reasons). This was kind of what was advertised to be in Shadowkeep to an extent however it did not happen.

Yeah I was quite confused when I noticed that I had very few ornaments (only frost-strike for titan and dragonfly regalia for warlock) , I thought for sure that since farming gear for light level is already hard enough that at the very least I could make the gear look nice.
