Glitched Sanctuary Prompts - Insufficient Phantasm Fragments and Helium Filaments despite having max stacks
All three of my characters are unable to use the Rally function at Sanctuary nor access the tire game despite having the resources.

Both of those are currently disabled, due to a glitch when players would activate them, and it would remove resources from every player in the area.
