Let me guess. Your Clan admin has a high K/D and helps to carry people on your fireteam. It's not because he is absolutely God level, it's because he lags and doesn't take damage. People have reported him, Bungie looked into it and found that HIS connection is sub par. I would recommend you advise him to fix his connection before he gets a permanent ban.
