How old are you ? What part of this can't you wrap your head around ? Heroic menagerie, 950+ nightfalls, and raids do not have matchmaking because they are difficult . This isn't hard to comprehend .
Go to lfg right now and ask for 5 people with no mic and go do a raid a 980 nightfall and a heroic menagerie and post your results . Because this is what matchmaking would be like .

It's so funny that every time you bring up matchmaking... some dude comes along like yourself and will fight to the bitter end? Why? If Bungie put matchmaking in place you wouldn't use it? Right?
