Invitation quest help
Hi, i completed all the steps for invitation, i put the rune in the chalice and now the final step says return to werner 99-40. i do and nothing happens. also in the chalice powers, i cant upgrade even though i have 1000 imperials. it says "quest progress required".
I do not have the annual pass, is this why? Or i need to do something else?
