Wouldn't it be cool if you could equip as many exotics as you want in Mayhem?
I mean, you're not really supposed to take Mayhem seriously anyway, right? So why the heck not?

5 RepliesCan’t from a Lore perspective. They even said year 1 of D1 exotics strain a guardians light. Having more then 1 weapon and 1 piece of armour can kill a guardian.

this should of been a day 1 feature for the entire game.Destiny is the only "mmo" I know that goes out of it way to limit its players.just imagine how many unique builds you could actually make.

I've wanted this for PVE for years maybe just try it for a week really what would they have to lose. I get that it's about strategy, but how fun would it be to have full exotics roaming pve.

Crucibabies can't even handle heavy ammo, let alone more than 2 exotics!

Easily exploitable, whats to stop players from being able to find a way to keep those exotics and bring it over to other modes? Something like that no matter how many times bungie patches will always have some sort of exploit ready to be abused.

They could just make a chaos mode that has no gear limitations.

Yeah maybe but with all those supers I feel it won't add much. You can't really use exotics properly if your opponents spam their super.

Like have a separate tab of your inventory for Mayhem, so then it auto equips those for Mayhem, but then unequips them when you leave so you can't glitch it out and have tons of exotics on out in the wild.
