Nightfall arc modifier effect?
Can anyone tell me if the arc damage increase modifier in this week's nightfall buffs players arc damage as well? Or is this just a negative modifier only affecting enemy damage output?

It goes to both sides. Both your arc damage and the enemy arc damage they do to you is increased
