No longer able to view weapons random perks offline
As per the title, myself and others are no longer able to view random roll weapons perks of S8 weapons when viewing offline. This is happening both through the Bungie app and Ishtar. Is this an api thing? Or is this going to be how it is from now on? Or is it something you’re aware of and are going to fix?

1 ReplyRight now they decreased the output of the APIs because the servers are at limit right now. Perks are one of the things that are not transmitted right now to keep the load from Apps in check. It is likely to come back when things settled a bit.
