Unless I’m wrong which I hope I am, mods are linked to a subclass.
So something like Pulse Riffle Targeting or loader is tied to Arc.
If your running a grenade build wouldn’t you want to run something like “Impact Induction”? When you get grenade energy for every melee kill so you have your grenade even more often?
If so that mod is tied to solar armour so you can’t.
For the moment I’m lucky my main load out is Last Word/Sniper and their mods both run on Void armour.
But back in D1 my favourite load out was Doctrine/Sniper. If that was D2 Doctrine being a auto rifle would run on Solar so I couldn’t run say a auto rifle targeting mod and a sniper rifle targeting mod because of the solar void limitation.
I really liked the sound of armour 2.0 but the reality just doesn’t deliver for me at least.
