Dude, that's been the case forever. Unless you're willing to infuse armor, chances are you'll delete the lower light stuff... and if you get another set and it doesn't have the perks you want, again, you'll remove it anyways.

But I at least used to be interested in what perks it had, now, new armor is literally worthless. The return of random rolls was one of the best improvements that came with forsaken. Armor 2.0 is a huge step backwards.
