Yeah, but sleazy snakes that they are, they rolled your old armor low to force your hand. Some exotics are 23, that's 35 points lower towards your super/grenade/armor than the same 2.0 exotic! Most legendary are in the 38-42 range, that's 15 points below average 2.0 legendary.

I noticed that with my Skullfort. Luckily it’s intrinsic and synergies make up for it. I don’t want to lose my ammo perks.
