I don't know everyone's opinion, but when I choose a mod from the seasonal artifact; I'd like to have that mod chosen for all of my characters. I'd rather not have to go on every character to select the mod. Is this like a glitch, or like a feature for different builds? I'd just like to choose once for quality of life.
