My game will not stop stuttering it mainly does it when im in borderless fullscreen which I usually use since I have two monitors. It does it when im fullscreen too but not as much and I never had this problem on D2 when it was on Blizzard and I have no problems on any other games. I don't want to have to a clean install of windows and start deleting stuff to see if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be. I have a good PC its not a beast but enough to get the job done here are the specs: CPU: i5 8600k GPU: 1070 and 16gb of RAM So im positive my pc not being able to run the game is a problem. So if anyone has had the same problem and knows what to do or if anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated thanks.
