because of how steam works, you can have multiple accounts on one email so its easy to link the wrong one. That's excatly what I did and now I cannot play for 89 days. What a way of losing a loyal player base; banning them for 90 days for making an easy mistake and not having customer support to fix it. If I cant cross-save my Xbox account with my steam within the next week then you can forget about destiny. I do not want to play it on Xbox as you have capped the frame rate to 30 fps making it unenjoyable, that is why I have been waiting for it to come out on steam but now you have screwed me with this lockout. it seems so many have made the same mistake and you are losing loyal fans who have been playing since destiny 1, I won't be buying shadow keep if I can't have my old characters from Xbox, I previously brought all the other DLC for both destinys and you repay me with this. Can you sort this before the 89 days is over?
