Help!!!!Please make the annual pass shared in the same PS4 console

Hi my husband buy me for my birthday the new destiny shadowkeep deluxe version but we buy it in his account that is the principal and now I can't use the annual pass in my secondary account and I am the one who is goin to use it , please help us with this problem , there's a way you can transfer the annual pass ?????? update: I call PlayStation to get a refund and because it was already downloaded they cant do nothing, also ask for a refund of the annual season pass and they tell me that because it was integrated in the purchase as part of the deluxe deal they cant refund that , I JUST LOST MY BIRTHDAY GIFT, thanks bungie if there anything you can do for me please help I really want to enjoy the game at full Update: I call PlayStation 3 times and talk to a supervisor and they arent giving me a refund , I just want to cancel the annual pass of my husband and put it on my account but because it was part of the purchase they aren't giving refund , but because bungie is doing the annual pass in the store from the game I want to try to cancel my husband and put it on my account , please bungie message me

  • straight up misleading the consumer which entitles anyone to a full refund regardless of it being digital or physical content. if there is no fine print upon purchase or upon payment page stating (SP or whatever is not sharable) this would be fine but sadly no one has stated this leaving the assumption up to the current system (family sharing) which currently states that it is possible. So as it stands you have one system saying yes to this and no one currently saying no. Last I checked they either enforce there own rules or they place a disclaimer upon purchase and refund anyone who was mislead by this move. It may be Ok in the US or wherever but we have consumer protection in the UK/EU and I expect it to be enforced correctly. and in the UK its not hard for anyone to file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman who if found in favour of the claimant will get there money back+compensation. Again because the SP is included with the purchase of Shadowkeep there must be a disclaimer excluding the SP from the sharing system which there is currently no mention of, therefor anything purchased within the shadowkeep DLC (SP also) is currently stated to be 'sharable.

    • I actually paid for the shadowkeep dlc and I can't even access my seaon pass. I honestly feel scammed. I want a refund and rather not play shadowkeep if they do stuff like this.

      Hello. EDIT: Season Passes are Silver purchases. As a result of this, they cannot be shared with other accounts. Destiny 2 has never officially supported game sharing either so we are unable to assist you with this matter.

        • @BNGHel6 I am from Colombia and the account where I play is Mexican since I had PS3, I buy everything in my Colombian account and I play in Mexico because when I created it there was no PSN in Colombia, the two accounts are mine in the same console I bought in a game in other. How do you want me to buy the necessary silver for the season if all my cards are Colombian and I live in Colombia in an account in another country.         • Same issue, are you able to play Shadowkeep on the secondary account? My girlfriend cant even select the first mission.
