Nightingale Issue Since Last Update

Since the update that gave all Forsaken owners the Annual Pass for free on PS4 I've been getting the Nightingale error consistently. I've exhausted all troubleshooting solutions and uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing worked. After the last maintenance I opened Destiny 2 and got a Licence Agreement I had to agree to. I agreed - thinking that my problem has been solved - only to be hit with the error again. It always happens after "checking for updates" and when the last update rolled out on PS4 I didn't get any prompt to download, I also made sure to "check for updates" on my PS4 for the game. I don't know what to do, any help?
