Pre-ordering Shadowkeep on Steam while migrating.
Ok, so Destiny 2 is migrating from Battle.net to Steam. I have Destiny 2 on my battle.net account and I linked my steam profile to my bungie account. No problem here.
My question is: What if I pre-order Shadowkeep on steam BEFORE migration is complete ? Does buying Shadowkeep on Steam will create a NEW bungie account even though I already LINKED my steam account to my bungie account ?
Why am I asking this obvious question ? Because even though I linked steam, My library doesn't show Destiny 2 since transfer will not be done BEFORE the pre-order date.
This question needs an answer quick as launch date is near and I do want to pre-order Shadowkeep.

1 ReplyYou are safe to preorder on steam, if you are using the linked account, after the migration you will have all of your d2 purchases on the same steam account.. easy peasy.
