Landfall needs love
I recommend adding a bonus perk to Landfall. When casted the shockwave adds a stunning affect to enemies below. This definitely would make the Attunement of Elements more PVE & PVP attractive.

Go to a lost sector and pop it on a boss. It already does what you are asking.
