What do you usually do and why? Thoughts?

The problem with skipping breakfast is that breakfast food is objectively better than lunch or dinner food, so you you will forever skip the best possible food

I’m gonna say skip because I can’t eat when I first get up, but I will have something a couple hours in which is basically my breakfast time

I used to skip breakfast, but nowadays I get real cranky if I miss it.

Usually only a small breakfast, like a piece of toast and a tea

I usually try to eat breakfast. Gets you woken up and gives you the energy you need for the day. Also because food.

I work nights and don't fall asleep until early in the morning (it's about 4am here) I usually wake up around 10-12 so breakfast for me is lunch for everyone else.

I have to skip, I don't have enough time to cook something that'll keep me full for 5 hours with the appetite I have.

99.9% of the time I just skip breakfast, somehow having a cup of coffee can make me go 2 to 4 hours without eating

I would like to eat breakfast, but I usually skip it. But, I do usually eat lunch, dinner, and a third meal in between them, and just eat a snack in the morning (like a granola bar).

I only eat it if I have something to do first thing, otherwise I skip.
