"Guiding Light" Exotic Shells: Nix Experience Log Roll
Hey all. I apologize if this's been addressed already but it's redundant to have both Guiding Light and specific-locale Experience Log perks on the same ghost shell. For Guiding Light shells, the logs shouldn't be rolled.

Ah yes, had one of those with a redundant perk roll also. Not exactly what you want to see after you drop a bunch of dust on it. I dismantled it but only got a fraction of the dust back.
